In winter it is transformed into a giant cross-country skiing area with almost 2,600 km of groomed trails for cross-country skiing! 90 km of trails are even lit at night. Something to look forward to. The trails are maintained by the Skiforeningen association, and you can access them free of charge, but membership of the association is recommended to finance the grooming.

Also known as the Olympic region for hosting the cross-country events of the Winter Games several times, and most recently the World Cross-Country Ski Championships in 2019, the Seefeld region offers fabulous skiing. 245 km of trails are available for all styles of cross-country skiing. And of course you can discover the famous typical Tyrolean villages.
Don't forget to reserve one of your evenings to go on the 3 km long cross-country skiing trail. Accessible to skiers of all levels, it is lit from 5pm to 9pm.
