Features of the product

Preventing cold air from getting in
Wool has changed considerably over the past several years. This natural material is warm, soft, breathable, stretchy and odour-free. An ideal material for skiing and snowboarding. 20% wool has strong insulating properties, making it naturally warm. Combining it with polyester guarantees good comfort throughout your activity.
Perspiration wicking
On the slopes and when skiing, you can sweat. The breathable fabric allows the perspiration produced by the body to escape, keeping you dry. A raised collar with a zip allows you to adjust the warmth of your base layer as you see fit. Improved moisture management thanks to the non-brushed component with superior stretch under the arms.
Dress well on the ski slopes
Dressing properly for the ski slopes is extremely important. In order to keep warm and dry, we recommend using the 3-layer rule. The principle is simple: use 3 layers of fabric, each serving a specific function. Your ski base layer and your liner jacket insulate and retain warmth. Your ski jacket protects you from the elements. All these layers should be breathable in order to evacuate humidity.
A mark to compare the environmental footprint of various products
The product's environmental footprint is calculated for its entire life and with various indicators. A score of A, B, C, D or E is made to help you easily identify the most eco-friendly products by comparing products of a similar type (T-shirts, trousers, backpacks). For Decathlon, this initiative to display environmental data is a priority. Web: Explanatory video:
