How to link skis together

Skiing is one thing, carrying is another. It’s often difficult to keep your pair of skis together while walking towards the ski lifts. You know what I'm talking about? One ski in your arms, the other that slides and ends up on the ground, picking it up, dropping the other, all with ski boots on… hell! We finally give you all the tips to attach your skis together!

1/ First of all thanks to stop-skis

Make sure your bindings are in the “open” position (rear bindings at the bottom) so that the ski stops protrude from the ski.

Put your skis tips one against the other with a slight offset.

Slide the upper ski against the lower ski..

The ski stops will snap together which will keep your skis linked.

2/ Then use ski straps

You can also use ski straps.

These are Velcro bands to hold the skis together. Just wrap a ski strap at the front and one at the back of your pair of skis. Guaranteed!

You can now carry your skis to the ski lifts to enjoy a great day of skiing!

    Place a ski strap on the top of your skis, just below the tip.

    Place the second ski strap on the bottom of your skis, between the back of your bindings and the heel.
